Position Title: Resource Manager - Remote
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
 
Position Summary:

• Support algorithm development to model future resource demand for various roles within clinical development.
• Support continuous improvement of resource algorithms to be used in forecasting.

 
Key Responsibilities:

• Support algorithm development to model future resource demand for various roles within clinical development
• Support continuous improvement of resource algorithms to be used in forecasting.
• Support the creation of innovative dashboards, metrics, and KPIs for measuring forecast accuracy
• Support and develop data-driven insights and recommendations to improve resource planning
• Explore how AI can be leveraged within the context of Resource Management
• Portfolio Resource Demand Reporting: prepare high quality reports and presentations

 
Qualification & Experience:

• Strong knowledge of MS Office Tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Knowledge of SQL preferred
• Advanced Excel calculations or experience with other analytical tools
• Advanced expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI)
• 10+ years if experience in clinical development/research operations
• Fundamental understanding of drug development lifecycle
• Demonstrated expertise in forecasting and modeling.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, business, or
• MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Significant experience in forecasting, modeling, and analytics within Clinical Development setting (20+ yrs experience would be considered, in lieu of Bachelor’s Degree).
