Job Title: Loan Operations Representative
Location: Lewiston, ME 04240
Duration: 12 months Assignment (Potential to conversion and extension depends on performance)
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F, 8am to 5pm
Work Model: Hybrid Model, 4 days a week in office

Summary:
- Ideal candidate will be supporting Loans related to mortgages and another will be supporting heloc consumer loans team.
- Loan Service experience would be ideal.
- Loan servicing related to mortgage.
- Attention to detail.
- Decisioning loan experience.
- Ability to deliverables, quality of work.
- Relocating funds that have been rejected by the system and were not able to be processed.
- G/L accounting, processing rejected payments for heloc/ consumer side.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Administrative experience.
- MS office experience.
- Loan experience, Credit knowledge or mortgages experience.
- Working heloc loans / consumer loans nice to have.
- Strong Customer Service Skills.
- High School Diploma.
