Title: HR Coordinator
Location: Bluffton, IN
Duration: 7 months
Summary:
This position is part of HR Services, which supports customers across a range of HR-related services, including talent acquisition administration, answering questions and addressing needs, advising on HR policies and practices, and executing transactions to support customer requests. Additional responsibilities include administration, regular communication and reporting, research and problem solving, project participation and coordination, auditing of systems information, and conducting training.

Summary:

Additional responsibilities include administration, regular communication and reporting, research and problem solving, project participation and coordination, auditing of systems information, and conducting training.
Major Duties/Responsibilities:
- Daily attendance tracking, FMLA tracking & administration report
- Talent Acquisition support creates a schedule for interviews and prepares documentation for interviews. Onboarding/Orientation support: prepare packets, schedule/coordinate new hire orientations, and organize documentation.
- Conduct HR orientation presentation. Insurance enrollment/billing administration, term/hire/leave notifications.
- Employee support assists with employee requests, answers employee phone calls, etc.
- Back-up support for front desk/phone
- Support HR with other projects and tasks as assigned
Summary of major duties:
- 1. 40% Talent Acquisition Administration.
- 2. 30% Manage Employee Inquiries: Responsible for responding to employee calls/emails/mail (requests of all types) through the SAP CRM system and/or SuccessFactors with a high sense of urgency and minimal supervision.
- Educates/coaches employees seeking information and guidance on various HR-related topics, including pay, data changes, processing HR actions, policies, and procedures.
- Responds to employee inquiries for benefit plans, including determining employee eligibility and/or contribution level, enrolling employees and their dependents in plans, processing claims, maintaining proper documentation, and corresponding with employees concerning plans.
- Assists with changes in benefit policies, procedures, and applicable regional laws.
- Supports Benefits Open Enrollment period.
- Knowledge of local employment law and responsibility for carrying out regional process administration.
- Uses available knowledge articles to ensure that processes are executed according to the global standards.
- 3. 15% Execute Global Transactions: Administers HR global transactions in SAP HR and/or SuccessFactors, including address changes, new hires, internal work events, employee reimbursements, including tuition, and employment verification.
- Uses available knowledge articles to ensure that all processes are executed according to the global standards.
- 4. 15% Maintain Documentation: Ensures that process documentation exists and is maintained for all of the regions' HR processes.
- Creates HR user guides/manuals to supplement specific country business needs outside those available from HR Shared Services.
- Ensures all content on the employee-facing website for the region is relevant, available, and up to date through communications with the HR Center of Excellence.
- Develops/maintains knowledge articles for all global processes.
Minimum knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
- Microsoft Office experience required
- Knowledge of HRIS systems,
- SAP HR and SAP CRM, preferably
- SuccessFactors is a plus
- Spoken and written fluency in English required.
- Haitian Creole or Spanish is a plus.
- Strong communication skills
- Presentation and training skills
- Must be a team player and work well with others across different departments and shifts.
- Must be able to promote a professional and positive work environment.
- Ability to plan, organize, and complete multiple projects simultaneously
- Problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service skills. Ability to coach/train employees on processes and procedures
- Must be able to work flexible hours (primarily day shift, but some evenings or early morning required to support 24/7 Plant)
