Job Title: Recruiting Program Manager III

This is an exciting opportunity to join a new emerging business in transportation, Shipping. We are a startup team looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial, analytical and customer-obsessed individual to help support internal transfer interest, vetting, pipeline management, and interview scheduling support for our Business Development team.
 
The ideal candidate will be excited to support launching a new program from the beginning of its life cycle, and will have familiarity with recruiting top talent who lead sales generation with both small, medium, large, and enterprise customers. We are reinventing the approach to selling in this industry and looking for a candidate who can help identify and support top tier talent at scale while providing a high level of candidate experience while supporting various hiring managers.
 
Key job responsibilities

• Managing a pooling req/pipeline designed to hire up to 80
• Meet with candidates to answer initial questions and vet for initial scope, location, etc.
• Collect, collate, and organize supporting information to the recruiting process (resumes, etc.)
• Build and report on tracking mechanisms to provide visibility to pipeline
• Schedule hiring loops between the candidate, HM, and other identified interviewers
• Provides positive hand-off of inclined candidates to HM who will generate offers.

 
Requirements:

• Requires a bachelor's degree or at least 8 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
• Performs a variety of tasks. May lead and direct the work of others.
• A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected.
• Reports to a manager or head of a unit/department.
• Prior experience in recruiting highly preferred.

 
Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in client’s recruiting preferred.
• Project management experience is a plus.
