Title: Contract Documentation Specialist

Location Remote or Hybrid in, Florham park, NJ / North Chicago, IL

We are seeking a detail-oriented Website Submission Specialist to manage the end-to-end submission quality and compliance of website promotional materials within the Veeva platform. This role ensures all content is accurately anchored, version-controlled, and submission-ready, serving as a critical bridge between the Web Specialist, Project Managers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage submission of Website promotional assets into Veeva.
• Ensure accurate anchoring, version control, and submission readiness.
• Know and follow Website Submission guidelines and ensure submissions are 100% accurate and ready for review.
• Ensure references, ISI, and submission formatting, are correct.
• Some project management activities related to but not exclusive to Veeva, WorkFront, departmental process updates, and AEM cloud documentation
• Complete the required content annotations, reference tagging for Veeva submissions in Workfront
• Act as a liaison between Website Product Owners, QC, PMs, and Authoring team.

Qualifications
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Veeva PromoMats.
• Preferred experience submitting digital assets to Veeva.
• Experience working in a regulated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
