Title: Project Controls Coordinator IV
Location: Calgary, Alberta T2P 3L8
Duration: 12 Months

Job Summary
Lead and coordinate the development of the project control Plan with a minimum of 10+ years of experience, develop a project estimate, control budget and WBS structure, and track and monitor the forecast at completion, incurred cost and budget while providing variance analysis and explanation.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with stakeholders to ensure engagement with the project progress, changes, highlights, and issues.
• Communicate the status and issues with the execution and construction team.
• Proactively report cost status and efficiently communicate any risk and mitigation plan.
• Develop a realistic project schedule to meet the project objectives.
• Coordinate and update schedules with actual progress and forecast remaining durations, project milestones, and completion dates.
• Implement Earned Value Management.
• Ensure accurate CPI and Earned Value curves are reported.
• Implement change management
• Initiate PCOs, Trends and AFE revisions.
• Support for the supplemental funding request.

 
Must Have Skills

• Post-secondary education in engineering or construction.
• Minimum of 10+ years of experience in construction, including solar or wind relevant experience.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and to work with a minimum level of supervision.
• Ability to communicate and interact effectively in a team environment.
• Computer skills using Ecosys, Oracle, Power BI and Microsoft Office products, specifically Excel.

 
Nice to Have Skills

• Project Management Professional credential (PMP) is preferred
