Job Description

We are looking for a consultant to join our team for one year. You will manage the master inventory for our Enablement Content Library. You will focus on tracking content coverage for our products and agents. A key part of this role involves assisting with the curation of materials for our AI agents. You will identify where we have missing information and work with our solution portfolio leads to close those gaps. Your work will drive the reporting and metrics we use to measure the health and engagement of our library.

What you will do

  • Manage the master inventory list. You will be responsible for the central list that tracks all materials in the Enablement Content Library.

  • Assist with Agent curation. You will help gather and organize the specific materials needed for our AI agent portfolio.

  • Identify content gaps. You will review the inventory to find where we are missing necessary materials for products or agents.

  • Support gap closure. You will work with portfolio leads to track the progress of new content and ensure it is added to the inventory.

  • Generate coverage reports. You will create regular reports that show leadership exactly how complete our library is.

  • Track library metrics. You will analyze data on how our content is being used to help us understand engagement levels.

  • Maintain data integrity. You will keep the inventory list organized so it remains our single source of truth for all reporting.

Qualifications

  • Inventory management skills. You have experience managing large and complex lists of information with high accuracy.

  • Experience with Agent content. You have an interest in AI agents and can help organize the specific materials that support them.

  • Strong analytical background. You are comfortable looking at data to find missing pieces and summarize findings for a team.

  • Reporting expertise. You know how to take a master list and turn it into clear and useful reports for leadership.

  • Coordination and collaboration. You are effective at working with different team members to follow up on status updates and keep projects moving.

  • Attention to detail. You enjoy organizing information and ensuring every entry in a database or spreadsheet is correct.

    Proficiency with data tools. You have strong skills in Excel or Google Sheets and are comfortable with reporting tools like Tableau.
