Title: Default mortgage & Default investor
Location: Remote
Duration: 03 months; Possibiltiy of Extension or Conversion
Succesfull candidates had Default mortgage and Default investor guideline knowledge . Candidates with general mortgage or origination will not be selected .
SUMMARY OF THE ROLE:
Exam Management, Process Change Implementation, Risk, Issues Management, Compliance, Quality Assurance, Foreclosure.
Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities :
- Researching GSE audits
- Issue management ( insuring action plan deadline , look backs , remediation)
- Very dynamic and fluid team to support the line of business.
- How much time is being spent in meetings : 1h30 – 2 hours daily as per the needs of the project assigned
- Who are they interacting with (internal/external) : Internal stakeholders
- Will the contractor have access to any customer data? YES
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:
1.) Mortgage default
2.) Issue management
3.) Default investor guideline knowledge
4.) Excel ( Formulas \ formatting )
SOFT SKILLS:
1.) Strong communication skills at an executive level
2.) Adjust to change
NICE-TO-HAVE
1.) Foreclosure
2.) bankruptcy
3.) create analysis from data to share with senior executive
