Job Title: Workday HRIS Analyst – Time Tracking & Absence

Position Overview
The Workday HRIS Analyst (Time Tracking & Absence) will support and enhance Workday time and absence configurations, ensuring accurate tracking and compliance across a dynamic workforce. This role is critical in supporting ongoing updates driven by union agreements and operational changes.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain Workday Time Tracking and Absence modules
• Support updates to time and absence plans based on union requirements and policy changes
• Troubleshoot system issues related to time entry, accruals, and leave tracking
• Partner with HR and Operations teams to ensure accurate timekeeping processes
• Support testing and validation for system updates and releases
• Ensure data integrity between time, payroll, and HR systems
• Assist with reporting and audits related to time and absence data
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Workday Time Tracking and/or Absence experience
• Hands-on configuration experience with time tracking and leave plans
• Understanding of timekeeping, accruals, and absence management processes
• Experience supporting high-volume or unionized environments preferred
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy

Preferred

• Experience supporting frequent configuration updates (e.g., union changes)
• Exposure to payroll/time integration points
