Location: Heredia, Ultrapark II

This is a 3-month internship with the possibility of extension.

We are seeking a motivated intern to join the Vendor Management team to support a high-impact initiative focused on transitioning a Turnover Vendor Network into Salesforce. This project is a key opportunity to improve how vendor information, workflows and performance are managed within our systems. 

You will have the opportunity to help lead parts of this transition by supporting vendor coordination, assisting with system updates and configuration adjustments, and helping identify opportunities to improve workflow performance allocation. 

Through this initiative, you will gain hands-on experience working with a core business platform, collaborating with operations and technology teams and supporting a network of external vendors. 

Required Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Management, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office tools.

• Professional level of English required (B2+ / C1).

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for vendor outreach and cross-functional collaboration.

• Comfortable speaking with vendors over the phone and handling professional outreach conversations.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Ability to analyze information, track data, and prepare progress updates.

• Ability to work independently and manage recurring follow-up tasks.

• Comfortable handling administrative and operational support responsibilities.

• Experience with Salesforce or similar platforms preferred, but not required.
