Location: Remote
Duration: 6 months
Summary:
Customer Specialist – Warranty Administration (Virtual) As a Customer Specialist, you will provide virtual support to customers, Account Managers, and store teams with a primary focus on warranty administration. You will manage warranty claims from start to finish, ensuring accurate documentation, clear communication, and timely resolution. This role handles a higher volume of warranty-related inquiries than typical store roles and requires strong organization, technical understanding, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Handle warranty inquiries via phone, salesforce cases and email, guiding customers through requirements and eligibility.
- Enter, track, and manage warranty claims on behalf of Account Managers and store teams.
- Communicate claim status, gather documentation, and resolve issues within policy guidelines.
- Identify potential product or service opportunities and share with Account Managers.
- Execute accurate, timely warranty workflows and maintain documentation.
- Support virtual communication for warranty updates, training, or programs.
- Suggest improvements to warranty processes and customer experience.
- Complete required training and support team initiatives.
- Occasional travel may be needed for meetings or district support
- High school diploma or GED required; 2+ years in customer service, inside sales, or warranty-related roles.
- HVAC or mechanical experience is beneficial.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and computer skills (Salesforce, Word, Excel, Outlook).
