Title: Project Manager
Duration: 6-12 Months
Location: Toronto/London, Ontario, CAN  (Hybrid – 2 days in office, 3 days work from home (with the possibility of going 4 Days in)
Schedule: M-F,  core business hours – 37.5 hours per week, 7.5 hours per day
Interview process: 2 steps, virtual and in person, 1 hour, panel
 
Candidate Profile Details:

• Degree/Level of Education: Post secondary is an asset
• Certifications Required: PMP is an asset
• Years of Overall Experience: 8+ years of experience
• How will performance be measured: Hitting deliverables and timelines, communication, accounting for all PM work

Summary of the Role:

• Who are they interacting with (internal/external) – internal + external with vendors
• Will the contractor have access to any customer data? No

 
MUST-HAVE Hard Skills:

• 8+ years of experience managing large and complex IT projects
• Strong knowledge of full life cycle development
• MS Project, Excel, Visio, Confluence, JIRA and PowerPoint (strong tracking skills

Soft skills:

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong stakeholder management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills

Nice-To-Have:

• Banking or financial institution experience
• PMP certifications
• Overall payment project experience
• Clarity experience
