Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research, design, develop, and launch product solutions
- Define product strategy, write business requirements, and contribute to go-to-market planning
- Work closely with designers, front-end engineers, and business teams to deliver high-quality features
- Drive initiatives to improve customer discovery, conversion, and growth
- Support onboarding of new services and features into the product ecosystem
- Manage and own end-to-end product delivery, including both ongoing enhancements and future roadmap planning
- Communicate complex product decisions clearly to cross-functional teams and senior leadership
- Operate effectively in a highly ambiguous and rapidly changing environment, demonstrating strong ownership and execution
Required Qualifications
- Strong experience in front-end product management, especially for consumer-facing products
- Proven track record working closely with visual designers and front-end engineering teams
- Experience in driving customer-centric initiatives focused on discovery, conversion, and user experience
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail with end-to-end product ownership mindset
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience working in large-scale tech environments
- Previous experience in consumer marketplace or digital products
- Experience in healthcare domain (nice to have, not required)
