Job Description

Position Title: Customer Service - Enrollment Services
Work Location: Livermore, CA
Assignment Duration: 7+ Months
Work Arrangement: 100% Onsite

Position Summary:
Enrollment Services is responsible for assisting customers through the enrollment process. They will be the point of contact from the start of the account through the point of reviewing costs and service details with the customer until the customer is trained and becomes active.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers through the enrollment process.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact from account initiation to customer activation.
  • Review costs and service details with the customer.
  • Help train customers once they are active.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Previous customer service experience.
  • Good phone etiquette and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Must be flexible to work shifts between 5 am - 5 pm PST.

Working Conditions & Physical Demands:

  • 100% Onsite role at the Livermore, CA location.
  • Must be flexible with shift hours.

Additional Information:

  • This is a backfilled role, so the candidate needs to start ASAP after screening.
