GCO-Commercial Acceleration Analytics team is seeking a highly analytical and business-focused Business Intelligence Analyst to join our team. This role will be responsible for delivering scalable, high-impact dashboards through modern data tools, with a strong focus on Sigma and Snowflake. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and stakeholder management to drive data-informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Insights

• Translate business questions into structured analyses and actionable insights
• Analyze large datasets in Snowflake to identify trends, risks, and opportunities

Dashboarding & Visualization (Sigma)

• Design, build, and maintain scalable dashboards and data models in Sigma
• Partner with stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements
• Ensure dashboards are intuitive, performant, and aligned with business needs

Data Modeling & Warehousing

• Develop and optimize data models in Snowflake to support reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to ensure data quality, reliability, and governance
• Write efficient SQL queries and optimize performance for large-scale datasets

Stakeholder Engagement

• Partner closely with the SMEs to understand needs
• Act as a trusted advisor by translating data into clear narratives and recommendations
• Lead working sessions and present insights to senior stakeholders

Operational Excellence

• Standardize reporting processes and drive automation to reduce manual effort
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across dashboards and reporting layers
• Contribute to best practices for analytics, documentation, and governance

Qualifications

Required

• 4–7 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a related field
• Strong hands-on experience with Sigma for dashboarding and reporting
• Strong experience with Snowflake (data querying, modeling, optimization)
• Advanced SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
