Job Description:
The Quantitative UX Researcher will possess expertise in the development, management, and analysis of large-scale tracking surveys. A Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of seven years of relevant experience in user experience research, a Master’s degree with a minimum of five years of relevant experience, or a PhD with a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required.

Job Description:

Responsibilities
- Design, manage, analyze, and produce reports for large-scale, primarily tracking surveys.
- Effectively manage and prioritize research within ambiguous and rapidly changing environments.
- Generate effective insights to inform both ongoing and prospective research initiatives.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience in user experience research, Master’s degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 2+ years of relevant experience.
- Demonstrated experience coding with R, particularly the Tidyverse package.
- Experience in survey design and item development.
- Experience applying statistical analysis methods, including basic descriptive analysis, regressions, ANOVA, and t-tests.
- Demonstrated interest in and experience executing hands-on, primary research.
- Proficiency with Google suites.
- Experience with Python coding is considered advantageous.
