Job Description


Title: CAN - Operations Officer I
Duration: 4 Months
Schedule: Monday – Friday – 8:30 AM -5: 00 PM Hybrid 4 days in office
Location: Toronto, Ontario

Typical Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
  • A daily list of transfers.
  • Review documents of the transfers and ensure they are in good order.
  • Accuracy is crucial.
  • Spent in meetings – One 15-minute call a day. 
Must-Have Hard Skills:
  • Great communication, verbal and written communication skills.
  • Some knowledge of Excel.
  • Degree/Level of Education: Post-secondary.
  • Years of Overall Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior customer service experience - 1 year 
Soft Skills:
  • Attention to detail.
  • Friendly personality. 
Nice-To-Have:
  • Quick learner.
  • Previous banking experience.
  • Previous customer service.
