Manager, Customer Strategy and Growth
This role is best suited for candidates with a strategy and execution background and those who have previously owned a product mandate, not solely marketing or campaign execution.

Introduction
Company is entering the next phase of how it drives customer growth across its retail banking with a continued focus on scalable, data-driven, and digitally enabled acquisition. We are strengthening how we connect partnerships, product, marketing, and digital capabilities to drive sustained, profitable growth at scale across both priority segments and the mass market.
This is a high-impact, high-visibility role at the centre of this transformation with direct ownership of customer growth outcomes.
You will operate with end-to-end ownership of customer growth and top-of-funnel performance by shaping and scaling key levers including product and offer strategy, and digital acquisition capabilities.

Who You Are
  • You own growth projects and operate with an end-to-end business ownership mindset.
  • You have demonstrated ability to drive action and deliver, moving quickly from insight to execution.
  • You are motivated by driving real business results.
  • You think in terms of funnels, conversion, and customer value.
  • You are comfortable working across multiple growth levers — partnerships, digital, product, or strategy.
  • You enjoy solving ambiguous, high-impact problems and turning them into structured execution.
  • You are data-driven, and use metrics to guide decisions and prioritization.
  • You can influence cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Analytics, Channels) to get things done.
  • You have strong verbal and written communication skills.

What You’ll Do
Own Customer Growth Outcomes
  • Own end-to-end acquisition funnel performance from awareness to conversion.
  • Drive improvements in customer growth, conversion, and early tenure engagement.
Lead and Scale Growth Initiatives
  • Identify and execute high-impact growth opportunities across segments and channels.
  • Translate strategy into clear execution roadmaps and priorities.
  • Drive initiatives from concept to execution and scale, with a focus on measurable impact.
New Acquisition Channels and Partnership Growth
  • Identify opportunities to expand partner-led growth and value creation.
  • Optimize existing acquisition channels including digital, performance, partnerships, and emerging channels.
Build Digital Growth Capabilities and Optimize the Acquisition Funnel
  • Monitor and improve end-to-end acquisition funnel performance.
  • Develop and scale digital acquisition engines.
  • Build capabilities that improve acquisition velocity, scalability, and efficiency.
Shape Product & Offer Strategy
  • Ensure alignment of product and offer strategy with customer needs, competitive positioning, and profitability.
Drive Commercial Performance and execute across the organization
  • Own budgets and track ROI.
  • Leverage analytics to inform decisions, cohort analysis, attribution, and experimentation.
  • Work across Product, Marketing, Analytics, Channels, and Frontline teams.
  • Ensure initiatives are aligned, executed effectively, and scaled successfully.

Knowledge, Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years in strategy, consulting, growth, or business transformation roles.
  • Experience in banking, fintech, or customer-centric industries preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, funnel economics, and growth levers.
  • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end growth initiatives.
  • Experience across digital, partnerships, or product-led growth channels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.
  • Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills.
  • Proficiency in SQL for self-serve data analysis and funnel reporting (preferred but not required).
