Location: Indianapolis, IN 46077
Duration: 12 Months (Possibility of extension depending upon business requirements and performance)
Shift: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Location: Indianapolis, IN 46077

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide daily technical support for in vitro assay operations under the supervision of scientists and technicians.
- Perform both routine and non-routine laboratory tasks, including:
- Ordering and maintaining laboratory supplies.
- Cleaning and organizing laboratory areas.
- Preparing biological and chemical stock solutions according to standard operating procedures.
- Performing manual liquid transfers and operating automated liquid handlers.
- Collaborate closely with Cell Biologist and Molecular Biologist to ensure efficient and accurate completion of tasks.
- Maintain accurate records and follow all safety and quality protocols.
Required Qualifications
Education:
- Associate’s degree in biotechnology, Biology, or a related scientific field, or a minimum of 1 year of relevant laboratory experience.
Experience:
- Hands-on experience in cell culture, biotechnology, biology, or a related field.
- Proficiency in aseptic technique.
Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication and time management abilities.
Additional:
- Experience with laboratory automation is a plus.

- Aseptic technique: Consistently apply aseptic methods to ensure sample integrity and safety.
