The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare system in Hamilton, Texas that is seeking a Respiratory Therapist. This role supports patients across all age groups and works closely with physicians on treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Administer respiratory treatments including oxygen, aerosol, and ventilator support
  
• Perform pulmonary function testing and arterial punctures
  
• Monitor and manage ventilated patients
  
• Maintain airway support and secretion clearance
  
• Perform ECGs and document findings
  
• Maintain and sterilize respiratory equipment
  

Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited respiratory therapy program
  
• CRT or RRT certification required
  
• Active Texas license required
  
• CPR certification required
  
• 1+ year experience preferred
