The Staff Pad has partnered with a healthcare system in Hamilton, Texas that is seeking an LVN to provide direct patient care in a clinic environment; supporting providers and ensuring efficient patient flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care including vitals, assessments, and documentation
  
• Administer medications and assist with procedures
  
• Perform lab testing and support patient evaluations
  
• Handle prescription refills and provider orders
  
• Maintain exam room readiness and inventory
  
• Serve as liaison between patient and care team
  

Qualifications:

• Active LVN license (Texas)
  
• CPR certification required
  
• Prior clinical experience preferred
