Job Title: AWM Operations Analyst – Client/Shareholder Services
Location: Chicago, IL (Onsite)
Duration: Contract 6 months, possibility of extension
Role Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join the Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) division, supporting Client/Shareholder Services, Onboarding, and Lifecycle Management. This role is ideal for professionals who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional client service while managing complex operational processes.
You will act as a key liaison across multiple business functions, ensuring seamless client onboarding, account maintenance, and lifecycle management across various client segments and distribution channels.
Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end client onboarding and lifecycle processes across sales territories and client types

Serve as a primary point of contact for Sales, Advisors, and internal stakeholders during onboarding and account maintenance

Perform KYC (Know Your Customer) and CIP (Customer Identification Program) checks

Conduct due diligence on third-party distributors and intermediaries

Collaborate cross-functionally with:

Sales

Portfolio Management

Product Management

Legal & Compliance

Support account maintenance, red flag reviews, dealer terminations, and reporting activities

Analyze and resolve operational issues with strong attention to detail

Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards
Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree
-
0–3 years of experience in:

Financial services
-
Client servicing
-
Operations / onboarding roles
-

Strong understanding of:
-
Client onboarding processes
-
KYC / CIP requirements (preferred)

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Experience in Asset Management or Wealth Management operations

Knowledge of financial products such as:
