Work Location/Schedule
• This is a hybrid position, requiring onsite presence on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our Global Operations Center, with the option to work remote on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This position covers core business hours of 8am to 5pm. This hybrid model fosters intentional collaboration, teamwork, connection, and productivity, while still providing flexibility and work life balance. The office address is 20400 N 29th Avenue, Phoenix, Arizona 85027.

Job Purpose
Your primary goal as our Manager - eCommerce Analytics will be to manage, monitor and report?on our online consumer experience to identify?actionable insights for revenue, improved customer experience and guest engagement. Your expertise in synthesizing data across multiple data sources, including Adobe Analytics, DataLake and CDP and making key?recommendations based on your insight will ensure your success. Coupled with your superior data analytics skills, we look for you to consistently push the envelope and let your proactive curiosity improve our eCommerce revenue. On a daily basis, you will work with large data sets, pulling performance numbers and identifying variance to expectations. We will rely heavily upon your honed?attention to detail and data intuition to self-correct as well as govern the data.
Responsibilities

Analytics
• Produce and report on insights to drive revenue through client and our other guest facing revenue channels
• Formulate hypotheses that can be tested, measured, and reported on to a larger audience
• Support business initiatives by identifying key trends in data that can drive growth for the business
• Validate data integrity in all analyses performed
• Support department-wide ROI reporting and analyses when needed
• Build insight-minded dashboards, to identify and analyze trends and shifts in customer behavior across both browser and native mobile apps.
• Present insights to members of the client's leadership team
• Trains, manages, and mentors direct supports as other peer analysts across multiple teams
Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in a data analytical role with a focus on eCommerce
• Minimum 6 to 8 years related experience, including supervisory or management experience
• Ability to transform complex facts, figures, and numbers into plain English that can be easily understood
• Keen attention to detail, financial responsibility, and strong organizational skills
• Adept at compiling accurate reports and presenting analytical findings in a clear, concise manner
• Experience implementing and maintaining analytics tagging solutions, including setting and validating tags and configuring website data layers to ensure accurate and reliable data collection.
• Experience managing and enhancing a Customer Data Platform (CDP), including partnering with engineering and marketing teams to improve data quality, identity resolution, audience activation, and downstream use cases.
• Excellent communication skills
• Hospitality experience a plus
• BS / BA Degree in mathematics, computer science, or statistics preferred
• Experience with Adobe Analytics / Customer Journey Analytics and SQL
