Location: Toronto, ON (43rd Floor, First Canadian Place)
Work Model: Onsite
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Description:
The Sales Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and onsite support to senior leadership and Advisor Sales teams. The role enables Relationship Managers and Consultants to focus on revenue-generating activities by handling coordination, sales support, reporting, and office logistics. This role is central to ensuring smooth execution across sales enablement, event coordination, and day-to-day operational support within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Description:
The Sales Coordinator provides operational, administrative, and onsite support to senior leadership and Advisor Sales teams. The role enables Relationship Managers and Consultants to focus on revenue-generating activities by handling coordination, sales support, reporting, and office logistics. This role is central to ensuring smooth execution across sales enablement, event coordination, and day-to-day operational support within a fast-paced financial services environment.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end sales coordination and administrative support to Relationship Managers and Consultant teams
- Act as a central point of contact for daily execution and ad-hoc sales support needs
- Track and maintain records of collaborative activities across sales teams for leadership reporting
- Support onsite sales operations including printing, shipping materials, and managing sales collateral
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, internal initiatives, and advisor-facing engagements
- Support meeting setup including room preparation, catering (water/coffee), and onsite readiness
- Process expenses, sponsorships, and administrative requests ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Events, and Operations teams for seamless execution of initiatives
- Lead and execute small advisor/sales events (up to ~20 participants)
- Manage expense reporting for consultant teams
- Support continuous improvement of sales support processes
Must-Have Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in financial services or asset management industry
- 5+ years of experience in one or more of the following:
- Event management (planning and execution)
- Sales support / administrative support / client service
- Communications
- Project management
- Experience supporting sales or distribution teams
- Experience working with senior leadership
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot)
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong understanding of investment/sales-driven environments
Nice-To-Have:
- Experience in financial services distribution or advisor sales environment
- Exposure to marketing or event coordination teams
- Experience handling sponsorships or sales enablement activities
- Familiarity with client-facing or advisor engagement roles
University degree or equivalent experience
