Role Purpose:
The Communications Representative is responsible for developing creative, compelling, and impactful content that informs, educates, and engages internal audiences. This role supports the execution of communication plans, collaborates closely with the Communications Agency, and ensures consistent messaging across internal channels. Adapt the communication to the audience. The ideal candidate brings proactivity, strong communication skills with the ability to build trust, connect with people, and collaborate effectively across teams.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop creative content for internal channels
• Execute communications timelines and plans to ensure timely delivery of content and messaging.
• Create ad hoc content as needed in response to emerging business priorities or communication requests.
• Responsible for managing the site Communications Calendar and coordinating follow-up actions with the relevant stakeholders and departments.
• Partner with the Communications Agency and business stakeholders to support the communications strategy and develop comprehensive content plans across all communication channels.
• Assess channel effectiveness, recommend alternative solutions, and support continuous improvement of communications processes.
• Support other communications activities and projects assigned by management.
Requirements
• 2 years of previous related experience, as Communications Representative (Corporate or agency experience)
• Knowledge of internal communications processes and best practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree in related fields (Journalism, Collective Communications, Business Administration, Public Relations, Marketing), preferred
• upper intermediate English 80%
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel).
• Proactivity; take initiative
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work professionally at all organizational levels.
• Works collaboratively with support but minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
