Job Title: Sr. Designer – Men’s Wovens

Job Summary:
Work in a creative and inclusive environment to design elevated, sustainable products that exceed customer expectations. Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure product style, fit, and quality align with value. Contribute to the Main line collection by creating designs that feel new, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand DNA. Bring a strong point of view, embrace risk-taking, and stay customer-focused on emerging trends.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research global markets to identify seasonal trends, silhouettes, fabrics, techniques, and product categories, with a focus on Outerwear and Shirting
• Stay informed on competitors and translate trend insights into design opportunities
• Develop concepts and sketches for the Main line collection and present ideas to leadership
• Build strong partnerships with Merchandising, Production, Technical Design, GIS, and Marketing to ensure seamless execution from concept to store and online
• Partner with Production and Technical Design to create tech packs and communicate design and fit vision, ensuring quality and margin targets are met
• Prepare sketches and CADs for digital presentations and track progress of each style
• Create and maintain presentation boards (Miro, CADs) for internal and external meetings
• Participate in weekly fittings with PD and Tech teams to ensure high product standards
• Collaborate and lead key design and product initiatives
