YOUR IMPACT
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented candidate to join the Alternative Investment Client Services Administrator Oversight team. In this role, you will work closely with fund administrators and portfolio managers and coordinate service-related strategies to deliver an optimal client experience.

The Shareholder Services group is a global, sales-aligned service organization that provides high-quality service and solutions to shareholders. Through its client service model, the team enables distribution of investment products, provides consultative services, ensures scale and controls, and supports financial accretion to the business.
Within Shareholder Services, the Alternative Investment Client Services team is a solutions-oriented group focused on enhancing the client experience by developing and monitoring ongoing service-related strategies and controls.
The Administrator Oversight team is responsible for managing relationships with fund administrators, overseeing reporting flows to portfolio managers, and processing fund-related transactions.
Primary Responsibilities
- Oversee investor transactions in private equity or hedge fund vehicles to ensure accurate trade-flow reporting to portfolio managers.
- Evaluate trade waivers and correction requests from sales teams.
- Oversee facilitation of investor trade settlements.
- Assist in oversight of vendor relationships (e.g., fund administrators and transfer agents).
- Coordinate resolution of product servicing issues and operational errors.
- Implement process improvements and operational enhancements.
- Strengthen internal controls over accounting and operational processes.
- Improve collection, dissemination, and maintenance of product data attributes.
- Lead ad hoc projects within the Shareholder Services group
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years of financial services experience.
- Knowledge of the alternative investment industry.
