Title: Talent Acquisition Advisor RecruiterDuration: 6 MonthsLocation: Northbrook, IL 60062Role Summary?The Contract Talent Advisor is responsible for full cycle recruiting for Sales roles and serves as a strategic hiring partner to Sales leaders through the Director level. This role balances hands on recruiting execution with consultative partnership, ensuring timely delivery of quality candidates in a competitive and fast moving hiring environment. While supported by dedicated sourcers, this role is also expected to proactively source and build pipelines as needed to meet hiring goals.Responsibilities:?Own full lifecycle recruiting for Sales positions, from intake and sourcing through offer acceptance and transition to onboarding.Partner with Sales hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and hiring priorities at the outset of each search.Translate hiring needs into clear, effective recruiting strategies aligned to current market conditions.Review, screen, and assess candidates against defined sales competencies and role requirements.Proactively source sales talent when needed, leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, direct outreach, referrals, and other channels.Collaborate with dedicated sourcing partners to ensure strong pipelines and consistent candidate flow.Present and promote the organization’s value proposition to candidates, clearly articulating mission, culture, and opportunity.Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing guidance on talent availability, candidate quality, and hiring tradeoffs.Support interview processes by partnering with HR Shared Services on scheduling, coordination, and pre employment steps.Maintain accurate and compliant candidate records and activity within Oracle HCM.Provide input on offer development and support offer discussions in alignment with internal guidelines.Share insights on recruiting trends, market conditions, and opportunities to improve hiring efficiency and outcomes.Follow the UL Solutions Code of Conduct and all physical and digital security requirements.Perform other related recruiting duties as assigned.What You BringBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.1 to 4+ years of full cycle recruiting experience, with direct experience recruiting Sales roles required.Agency recruiting experience strongly preferred.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast paced environment.Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to proactively identify and engage talent.Strong stakeholder management skills and comfort partnering with leaders through the Director level.Working knowledge of employment and labor laws as they relate to interviewing, selection, and hiring.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow through.
