Job Title: Analyst-Program/Project 1

Duration: 18 Months
Work Hours:   8:00 am - 5:00 pm,  Workdays:  Monday - Friday

Job Responsibilities:

• Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

Required Skills/Attributes:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions.
• Ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records.
• Proficiency with basic computer and office software, and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.
