The Staff Pad is hiring Registered Nurses for a high-acuity Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) in Wausau, WI—perfect for nurses who want to expand their skillset beyond med-surg and move toward critical care.

Pay: $36 – $51/hour (based on experience)

Work with a diverse patient population including neuro, trauma, post-surgical, and complex medical cases, gaining hands-on experience with advanced interventions in a supportive, team-driven environment.
