Job Description

 

Job Title: Warehouse Operator
Duration:6+Months
Location:Lincoln NE (LEN)
Work Schedule: 2nd Shift (2:30 PM – 11:00 PM, Monday–Friday)

Job Summary:

The Warehouse Operator is responsible for the transportation, storage, and handling of raw materials and packaging components to ensure continuous support for manufacturing and production operations. This role involves inventory management, material movement, shipping/receiving, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive, store, transfer, pick, and dispose of raw materials and packaging components

  • Ensure adequate supply of materials to support manufacturing and packaging operations

  • Manage shipment of finished goods and intermediate materials to domestic and international CH sites

  • Handle receipt and delivery of non-productive materials

  • Process miscellaneous and non-routine outbound shipments

  • Operate an electric forklift to load and unload trailers efficiently

  • Maintain high inventory accuracy; perform cycle counts as required

  • Accurately document all transactions involving materials and products

  • Perform data entry tasks with high speed and accuracy

  • Maintain facility security across Harbor, CME (Center of Manufacturing Excellence), and Wharf locations

  • Follow all cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices), SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), and CSPs (Cleaning and Sanitizing Procedures)

  • Adhere to all safety procedures and contribute to continuous improvement in safety, quality, and waste reduction

  • Deliver materials in compliance with established procedures and standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Ability to operate an electric forklift

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

  • Ability to work independently with a sense of urgency

  • Basic data entry and documentation skills

  • Understanding of inventory management practices

  • Knowledge of cGMP, SOPs, and CSPs (preferred)
