Role Overview:
We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Architect (CTA Certified) with strong telecom domain experience to lead architecture, development, and delivery initiatives.
This role involves working closely with enterprise architects across business units while leading an existing global team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and architect ServiceNow solutions for telecom service operations
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and cross-functional teams
- Provide technical leadership to an existing team of 5 (expanding team)
- Drive design, development, and implementation of scalable ServiceNow solutions
- Oversee CMDB and IRE (Identification & Reconciliation Engine) strategy and execution
- Support Sales Order Management and Telecom Service Operations workflows
- Contribute hands-on to development when required
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow architecture and governance
Required Qualifications:
- 15+ years of overall IT experience
- ServiceNow CTA (Certified Technical Architect) – Mandatory
- Telecom / Telco domain
- ServiceNow Architecture + Development
- CMDB & IRE
- Sales Order Management
- Telecom Service Operations
- Experience with Field Service Management (FSM) (at least basic exposure)
- Proven ability to lead distributed/global teams
Top 3 Must-Have Skills:
- Telecom (Telco) Background
- ServiceNow Architect with Hands-on Development Experience
- Experience in Service Operations, Sales Order Management, CMDB/IRE (FSM exposure preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with global delivery teams (US + India)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, scalable environment
Team & Work Environment:
- Currently leading a team of 5 members (growing team)
- Highly collaborative and technical environment
- Known for great culture and ease of working with stakeholders
