Job Title: Field Service Technician I US
Location: Reno, NV 89506
Duration: 3 Months (Temp to perm)

Job Description:

• Technician will travel to each client’s location to maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, servers, and printers.
• Works under general supervision.
• Must maintain good customer focus meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s).
• Local travel required for daily dispatch.
• Candidate must have valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and pass drug test & background check.

• What are the TOP 2 required skills that candidates must have? Must have basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server, and network. Must have good admin and organizational skills. 
• What will the work schedule be for this position? M-F 9am to 6pm with a 1 hr lunch 
• Will there be OC (on call)? Yes
• Will there be shift differentials? No 
• How many overall years of experience should this person have? Preferably 2 but not necessary 
• Do they need any specific certifications or education? A+ certification required within 6 months of hire 
• If contract to hire what is the conversion rate? $23.50 for qualified technicians.
• Please make sure you set that expectation up front. 
• How many miles per day will the contractor be driving? 50-200 
• What radius range should candidates be located from the job location? 25 miles

• How soon will the candidate review and interviews start? Immediately
