- Strong programming experience in Python (required); familiarity with JavaScript/TypeScript is a plus

- Knowledge on LLMs, Generative AI, and agent frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI or similar)
- Experience building workflow automation solutions using APIs, event-driven systems, and microservices
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with application development teams to understand their requirements and provide architectural guidance.
- Design, create, and maintain cloud network architecture diagrams for various applications and services.
- Develop and review application architectures for both new cloud-native applications and existing legacy systems on AWS.
- Provide technical leadership and support for the modernization of legacy applications to cloud-native architectures.
- Ensure all cloud solutions are designed and implemented in accordance with industry best practices for security, scalability, and resilience.
Technical Skills:
- Strong hands?on experience in Python backend development for enterprise applications.
- Proficiency in designing and developing RESTful APIs using FastAPI, including async APIs.
- Experience working with Amazon Aurora (MySQL/PostgreSQL) for schema design, SQL optimization, and performance tuning.
- Solid understanding of AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS (Aurora), S3, IAM, and CloudWatch.
- Experience implementing authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth2, IAM).
- Knowledge of microservices architecture, API versioning, and backend integration patterns.
- Experience with unit testing and integration testing frameworks such as PyTest.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker), and cloud deployments.
- Strong understanding of backend system design, scalability, and high?availability patterns.
- Ability to translate business requirements into well?designed backend APIs and services.
- Awareness of security best practices, OWASP standards, and enterprise compliance requirements.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
- Strong analytical, problem?solving, and debugging skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills in multi?team enterprise environments.
- Experience deploying Python/Fast API applications in production AWS environments.
- Exposure to DevOps practices, observability, logging, monitoring, and incident management.
- Experience supporting L2/L3 production issues and performing root cause analysis (RCA).
- Background working on enterprise platforms or large?scale distributed systems.
- Familiarity with database migration, schema versioning, and data governance.
- Experience mentoring junior engineers and contributing to technical best practices.
