Job Description
We are seeking a Contingent Worker (CW) to support the Purchase-to-Pay (PTP) Experience team during a temporary coverage period. This role combines change management execution with strong project management capabilities to ensure continuity of critical initiatives and ongoing improvements to the PTP user experience.
The CW will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders within Purchasing, Programs, and Operations (PPO), as well as engineering and support teams, to drive execution, maintain operational stability, and advance key projects. This role requires a highly organized, proactive individual who can manage multiple workstreams, drive alignment, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Change Management & Operations
- Support the implementation of new purchasing processes, workflows, and change initiatives across the company
- Drive adoption of tools and processes by developing training materials, documentation, and enablement resources
- Provide guidance to support advisors on Procurement Case Management (PCM) usage and issue resolution
- Support the ongoing evolution of the Procurement Case Management (PCM) system
- Help create internal communications, videos, and training content to support change initiatives
- Own and drive end-to-end project execution for assigned PTP initiatives, including planning, tracking, and reporting
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and success metrics in partnership with stakeholders
- Identify risks, dependencies, and roadblocks, and proactively drive resolution
- Manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively based on business impact
- Partner with engineering teams to enhance system usability and user experience
- Gather and translate business requirements into actionable improvements
- Lead or support user acceptance testing (UAT) and quality assurance for system enhancements and AI chatbot features
- Brings an automation first, technology forward mindset—actively experimenting with digital tools and AI enabled solutions to simplify processes and improve the PTP experience
- Continuously assess existing workflows to identify opportunities for process simplification, digitization, and automation
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as case resolution time, productivity, and user satisfaction
- Build strong relationships across PPO, engineering, and support teams
- Act as a central point of coordination across stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
- Collaborate with teams to prioritize enhancements and deliver business value
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and effectively manage multiple priorities
- Proven ability to drive execution and deliver results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment

- Familiarity with generative AI tools and chatbot systems
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Teams, Slack, Airtable, and Miro
