Job Description
Job Title: Engineering Contractor
Duration: 3 Months (Summer Contract)
Location: Abernathy, TX
Looking for candidates (college or college grad) with an engineering background (or currently studying) to help with internal reporting of their current project. They have an ongoing construction project with a vendor who they believe might be charging them too much money for the work. They want these people to come in and conduct daily reported to show what work is being accomplished. They will compare these notes with what productivity SHOULD look like and decide on budget accordingly. These candidates will reports based on superintendent findings and drawings of ongoing/completed work. Even though it is just reporting, they want the engineering background so that they can "speak the language" and understand what is actually going on from day to day.
Primary pipeline: Texas Tech students + recent grads (local proximity)
Positioning:
Interns OR junior-level contract resources (preferred for speed + quality)
