Duration: 7+ months
Location: Remote, PST preferred

Job Description
  • We're looking for a Fixed-Term Contractor (FTC) AdTech Program Manager to provide portfolio program management across four MarTech/AdTech product areas—Targeting, Signals, Cleanroom, and WAC—during maternity leave coverage. This person will ensure roadmaps are prioritized, unblocked, and coordinated, and will drive cross-portfolio programs (planning, goal-setting, testing governance, and executive communications) that help multiple teams deliver measurable impact against the org's north-star outcomes.

Typical Day-to-Day in the role:
  • Coordinate cross-team activities and maintain alignment across four product areas
  • Engage in heavy prioritization work and stakeholder communications
  • Run recurring roadmap reviews and track milestone progress
  • Surface risks early and facilitate decisions to unblock execution
  • Craft leadership-ready updates and executive communications
  • How will performance be measured?
  • Feedback from cross-functional partners
  • Delivery on roadmap milestones and meeting timelines
  • Ability to share progress effectively with stakeholders
  • Quality of alignment and coordination across teams

What makes this role interesting?
  • This role offers a unique opportunity to work across four critical MarTech/AdTech product areas—Targeting, Signals, Cleanroom, and WAC—gaining broad exposure to client's marketing technology ecosystem.
  • The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with Media, Ops, Measurement, and Data/Infra teams, building relationships across the organization.
  • The position provides high visibility through executive communications and leadership updates, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
  • This is a chance to drive portfolio-wide initiatives that have measurable impact against the org's north-star outcomes while developing a comprehensive systems view of how client's marketing capabilities connect.

Must-Have Skills:
  • Experience in program management, technical program management, or product operations
  • Multi-team roadmap and dependencies management across ambiguous problem spaces
  • Problem-solving skills with end-to-end execution from concept to completion; comfort with data and measurement concepts
  • Comfort with data and measurement concepts, including analytics experience

Nice-to-have Skills:
  • Experience with ads measurement and digital ecosystem
  • Audience targeting concepts and running experiments
  • Comfortable with change management

Years of overall experience required? 8-10 years

Degrees/certifications required? None required; Meta Blueprint certifications are a nice to have

Responsibilities
Portfolio Roadmap & Execution Management (Targeting, Signals, Cleanroom, Within-Channel Levers)
  • Own the operating rhythm to keep four roadmaps aligned, prioritized, and progressing
  • Ensure each area has clear priorities with rationale (e.g., RICE or equivalent), explicit tradeoffs, and alignment to north-star metrics
  • Run recurring reviews (weekly/biweekly), track milestones, surface risks early, and unblock execution via escalation, dependency management, or resourcing recommendations
  • Identify overlaps and collisions (e.g., multiple teams targeting the same campaigns/audiences), facilitate decisions, and drive alignment on sequencing and ownership
  • Maintain tight alignment with partner orgs (Media, Ops, Measurement, Data/Infra, etc.) to ensure roadmap feasibility and adoption
Cross-Portfolio Programs & Operating Mechanisms
  • Lead portfolio-wide initiatives that accelerate solving shared problems across MarTech capabilities
  • Drive cross-team planning cycles (e.g., quarterly roadmapping, quarterly goal reviews), including forecasts, input collection, reconciliation across teams, and translation into capability-level goals
  • Stand up or improve processes used by multiple teams (e.g., intake, prioritization standards, launch readiness, experiment governance), including communications, enablement, and adoption tracking
  • Partner with Media Foundations to create solutions when multiple teams need to test in the same limited campaign inventory—define rules of the road, scheduling/conflict resolution, and mechanisms that maximize teams' ability to hit goals
  • Partner with portfolio leadership (e.g., Director of MarTech) and PM/Eng leads to craft leadership-ready updates (monthly/quarterly business reviews, narratives, decision points)
Portfolio Systems View
  • Develop and maintain a clear, end-to-end understanding of how the ecosystem connects so teams make better decisions
  • Create a comprehensive view of how media warehouse, cleanroom tooling/data warehouse, signals, targeting, and WAC connect (data flows, dependencies, constraints)
  • Highlight where teams are duplicating effort, where capabilities are complementary, and where sequencing matters
  • Translate the systems view into actionable recommendations—what to standardize, what to consolidate, where to invest, and what tradeoffs leadership needs to make

Minimum Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, or Product Operations
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-team roadmaps, dependencies, and delivery across ambiguous problem spaces
  • Strong prioritization and decision facilitation skills (RICE/ROI, tradeoff narratives)
  • Executive-level communication skills with the ability to write crisp updates and drive alignment with senior stakeholders
  • Comfort working across data and measurement concepts (warehouses, cleanrooms, signals, experimentation constraints)

Preferred Qualifications
  • AdTech/MarTech experience strongly preferred
  • Experience with change management and process design at scale
  • Familiarity with testing governance and experiment coordination across multiple teams

Interview Process:
  • How many rounds of interviews? 2 rounds
  • Types of Interviews 30 min
