Tiltle: Solution Lead (.Net Core + GCP)
Duration: 6+ Months
Location: Seattle, WA (Hybrid – 2 days onsite)
As a Solution Lead, you will oversee the successful execution of projects leveraging Microservices, GCP, and .Net Core technologies. You will coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and alignment with business goals. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource management, and continuous improvement to drive innovation and efficiency within a hybrid work model. While this is a Lead role, you must be able to deploy Google Cloud and you must be hands on in coding.

Required Skills:
- Candidate must Have 10+ years of relevant experience on developing enterprise applications with .NET Core.
- Designing and developing highly scalable, robust and secure backend services using c# and .Net framework.
- Experience on C#.net, Dot net Core and Entity Framework.
- Experience on building cloud native components preferably on GCP.
- Experience on GCP Spanner, Fire store, Stored procedures, Functions and Triggers.
- Experience on Google Pub-Sub / Kafka / Queue
- Fair knowledge in Data warehouse concepts.
- Good understanding on Microservices and exposure to docker, Kubernetes or any containerization technologies.
- Experience in Code Reviews, Unit testing, application deployment and performance tuning.
- Adhere to Design Principles and provide innovative solutions.
- Understand Architecture Requirements and ensure effective Design, Development, Validation and Support activities.
- Contributing to team meetings, troubleshooting development and production problems across multiple environments and operating platforms
- Must have experience in leading and mentoring teams.
- Must have exposure in Agile Framework
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of DevOps using open source tools, GITHUB actions
- Exposure on any Pub/Sub or queuing mechanism
- Exposure to Agile and SCRUM methodologies.
- Experience using GIT for source control.
- Strong analytical, logical skills and team leading skills
- Language(s): C#.net, Dot net Core and Entity Framework
- Cloud Technologies: Google Cloud Platform.
- Compute & Orchestration - Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE), Cloud Run and App Engine
- Storage & Databases – Cloud Storage, Spanner and Firestore
- Network & Content Delivery – Cloud Load Balancing, Cloud Service Mesh, Google Cloud Armor
- API Gateway – APIGee
- Messaging & Integration – Pub/Sub and workflows
- Developer Tools & CI/CD – GIT, GITHUB Actions, Gemini/GHCP, Artifact Registry
- Observability & Operations – Cloud Monitoring, Cloud logging and Cloud Trace
