RH OpenShift on VMware Sr. Consultant

Note-: These consultants will be used in a follow the sun model (24x7) with SS&C managing the handoffs and task/work coordination (including support response on from customer side).
Role will be directed and led by SS&C

Key Responsibilities:

• Administration & Operation - Administering, deploying, and maintaining OpenShift Container Platform (OCP) on bare-metal on-premise data centers.
• Migration Strategy - Assisting with the migration of VM workloads from VMware vSphere or Red Hat Virtualization (RHV) to OpenShift Virtualization using tools like the Migration Toolkit for Virtualization (MTV).
• Automation - Using Red Hat Ansible Automation Platform and/or Python to automate the migration of virtual machines and related infrastructure at scale.
• Mentorship & Enablement - Acting as a subject matter expert (SME), mentoring customer teams on best practices for Day-2 operations.
• Troubleshooting - Resolving complex issues related to networking, storage, and application integration
