Job Description

Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Duration: 12 months
Location - Chicago, IL 60173
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays - 8:30 am - 5 pm (Onsite)


Job Description:
  • Client/Customer Service role. While licensing is preferred, it is not required for this role.
  • Ability to handle client needs with tact and diplomacy Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
  • Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team, while handling multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously Ability to build and maintain good cross-enterprise working relationships.
  • Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules that govern client accounts.
