Key Responsibilities

- Instance Monitoring: Actively monitor the "cutover" period between the old and new instances to ensure 100% campaign continuity and zero lead leakage.
- Platform Optimization: Maintain, optimize, and scale our core Marketo instance and foundational marketing automation infrastructure.
- Documentation: Own the creation, maintenance, and delivery of clear, comprehensive documentation for marketing operations processes and platforms.
- AI Foundations: Help us build the foundation for AI orchestration by identifying and implementing AI-driven features that improve automation efficiency and operational workflows.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and MarTech to make sure our systems talk to each other and support real business needs.
- Troubleshooting: Resolve issues related to marketing automation and lead management to ensure accurate campaign execution and tracking.
- Efficiency Gains: Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency gains in marketing operations.
