We are looking for a Senior Big Data / ML Engineer to support a banking client’s AML and Risk Technology team. The role involves building scalable data pipelines, processing large transaction datasets, and supporting fraud detection initiatives.
Key Skills
- 5+ years in Data Engineering
- Strong Python / PySpark and SQL
- Experience with AWS (Glue) and Snowflake / Data Warehousing
- Hands-on with distributed data processing and end-to-end pipeline development
- Strong understanding of data transformation and data quality checks
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines
- Ingest, transform, and validate large datasets
- Optimize SQL queries and data workflows
- Support production pipelines and deployments
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Banking/AML or fraud domain experience
- Delta Lake / OneLake exposure
