Position Title: Digital Interactive Developer
Work Location: Remote
Assignment Duration: 12 months (possibility of extension)

Position Summary:
We're looking for a front-end focused developer to join our interactive team.
You'll build engaging digital experiences across websites, interactive forms, email campaigns, and touch-based applications for pharmaceutical and healthcare clients.

Background & Context:
This is a freelance position (40 hours/week) working remotely with our East Coast-based team.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build and maintain interactive web experiences (marketing websites, forms, banners, sales aids)
• Develop responsive, component-based UIs using React and modern CSS frameworks
• Integrate with APIs and backend services
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to bring designs to life with attention to detail
• Participate in iterative review cycles and incorporate feedback efficiently
• Maintain and extend existing codebases, including projects inherited from other teams
• Write clean, reusable code with a component-based mindset.

Qualification & Experience:
• TypeScript (advanced) / Javascript
• React, Vue, or similar component-based frameworks
• CSS frameworks (Tailwind, Bootstrap/SCSS, or similar)
• Responsive design across devices
• 2+ years at an advertising or marketing agency
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Additional Information:
Nice to Have
• Next.js or static site generation frameworks
• Component libraries (Material-UI, Chakra, etc.)
• Headless CMS / content-driven architecture
• Complex form development (multi-step wizards, conditional logic, schema-driven)
• Animation libraries (GSAP, Framer Motion)
• Email development (HTML/CSS, MJML, Liquid templating)
• Veeva CLM platform experience
• Pharmaceutical or healthcare industry background.

The Team
You'll join a remote interactive department of about 30 people within a 300-person agency. The development team is a small group of 5 developers who work alongside 7 UX/UI designers. Projects range from interactive sales aids and tradeshow applications to marketing websites and multi-step enrollment forms.

We value clean code, good collaboration, and people who own their work and see things through. The pace is quick (it's an agency), but we focus on getting it done without burning out.
