Job Title: SDET- Software Developer Engineer Test - Mid-Level
Location: Austin TX or Southlake , TX
Duration: 12 Months

Preferred industries or clients you have had success hiring from in the past? prev fintech exp is a plus
Looking for a Mobile SDET for Austin, TX preferred with alternate locations (Dallas/Fort Worth/Westlake)
Must Have:
• 3+ years in Mobile Application Development
• 4+ years of experience in building and maintaining test automation frameworks
• 5+ years of developing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts using Appium
• Hands-on coding experience with Java or other object -oriented programming languages
• Aware of different Test Framework design patterns, Singleton, POM etc.
• Advanced experience with Sauce Labs Real Device Cloud, parallel execution, and platform optimization
• Proficiency in Java 8+ features, TestNG/JUnit 5 advanced capabilities, and Maven/Gradle build automation
• Working knowledge of industry-standard tools for logging bugs and managing test cases (e.g., JIRA/MTM, Zephyr/HPQ)
• Proven ability to successfully balance and deliver multiple geographically distributed QA projects with concurrent releases
Nice to Have:
• Understanding of CI/CD practices and Lean DevOps methodologies
• Experience with XCUI and/or Espresso, Kotlin, SWIFT is preferred
• Financial/Trading services industry experience is a plus
Must Have:
Looking for 2 main aspects
Test automation exp with Appium
Good hands on exp with Ai tools for automation – co pilot , or any others
Using Ai for report generation, test case creation , Anything automation related, how are they using AI to help automate their day to day
Pluses
Fintech industry exp is also plus
