Job Description
Role: Customer Service Representative I
Location: Salt Lake City, UT
Duration: 6 Months (Potential to Extend)
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM Utah time
Overview: Join the Medical Devices team at Moog, a leader in enteral feeding and infusion pumps. As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and ensuring their needs are met in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Overview: Join the Medical Devices team at Moog, a leader in enteral feeding and infusion pumps. As an entry-level Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in assisting customers and ensuring their needs are met in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by email with questions, service requests, order placement, accounting needs, and product support
- Process customer orders and requests for product repair into an ERP order entry system
- Generate and transmit order confirmations and manage customer expectations regarding delivery timelines
- Support and initiate the pricing dispute process
- Process product replacement orders, provide shipping labels, and coordinate the return/replacement of items in a timely manner
- Support, address, research, and escalate customer issues as needed, respond to all inquiries/requests, report urgent complaints, investigate disputes, and provide warranty information
- Provide additional support to customer service and sales colleagues as needed, assisting with projects, reporting, and any customer-related issues
- High School Diploma or equivalency (GED) required
- Related experience and/or training in customer service, call center, or similar role preferred
- Basic computer/technical skills with demonstrated competencies in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to provide meaningful support in a compassionate manner with both external and internal customers
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment
