Job Description

The Partner Content Experience Manager will lead a high-priority content hygiene initiative for our Seismic platform, which currently houses over 8,000 assets. The primary objective is to ensure that external partners—spanning Sales, Services, and Innovation partner tracks—can easily find relevant, accurate, and actionable information to support their specific business motions. This individual will be responsible for the end-to-end audit, tagging, curation and governance of partner-facing materials to reduce friction and improve self-service.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Governance & Auditing 

  • Define Governance: Partner with cross-functional business and sales stakeholders to refine and codify the definition of "Partner-Approved" content.

  • Execute Audits: Perform content audits to determine partner applicability of content and adherence to brand and content standards.

  • Mitigate Duplicative Content: Identify and remove duplicate assets, ensuring Seismic points to the "source of truth" (e.g., linking to the Community platform for technical Services docs).

2. Content Tagging & Curation

  • Content Tagging: Accurately apply metadata tags to ensure content surfaces for the correct partner track.

  • Content Curation: Manage and organize partner sales, enablement and operational assets tailored to specific partner tracks on Seismic pages. 

3. Ongoing Governance & Compliance

  • Validate Governance: Act as the final checkpoint to validate "Partner-Approved" content, ensuring no restricted, proprietary or sensitive content is inadvertently shared with partners.

  • Lifecycle Stewardship: Assign designated content owners for every partner-visible asset to enforce long-term maintenance and regular review cadences.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Platform Expertise: Proven experience managing enterprise content libraries within Seismic, Highspot, or other sales enablement platforms.

  • Partner Ecosystem Knowledge: Familiarity with partner ecosystems and understanding of various partner motions, including Referral, Co-sell, Resell, and ISV tracks.

  • Attention to Detail: Ability to perform a "final check" on assets to ensure partner applicability, brand compliance, business relevance, and metadata standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Experience working with sales and business stakeholders to identify which content is "Partner-Approved".

Success Metrics

  • Discovery Improvement: Reduced time-to-content for partners across all tracks.

  • Asset Accuracy: 100% of partner-visible assets verified for partner applicability and brand compliance. 

  • Risk Mitigation: Zero instances of restricted, proprietary or sensitive content being exposed to partners.
