What You’ll Be Doing
- Knock on 50-100 doors daily to generate new business
- Sell fiber internet services to residential customers
- Attend local events (1-2x per week) to build brand presence
- Engage with community members and build trust locally
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → closing
- Maintain consistent follow-ups and pipeline tracking
- Represent the company professionally in your assigned territory

- Door-to-door or outside sales experience
- Experience in telecom, solar, retail sales, or similar industries
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary starting around $50,000 (depending on experience)
- Commission: $35K-$40K+ at target performance
- Total earnings potential: $80K-$100K+

Requirements
- Must live within ~30 minutes of assigned territory
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a background check
- Comfortable working outdoors and in all weather conditions

- Fully field-based role (door knocking, local travel, events)
