Position Title: Project Manager
Work Location: Tucson, AZ, 85755
Assignment Duration: 12 Months
Work Arrangement: Onsite

Position Summary:
This is an onsite position requiring 2+ years of experience. Under general supervision, manages multiple small improvement projects, process improvement projects, and other business-related initiatives from initiation through completion under supervision of a Program Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manages execution of cross-functional plans and tracks progress of activities.
• Facilitates cross-functional interactions to complete the assigned projects within the deadline and compliance with the pharma services plan.
• Tracks, maintains, and communicates project reports to stakeholders.
• Responsible for managing resourcing, capacity planning, and managing lab capacity.
• Manages the CAPEX budget.
• Updates and maintains dashboards.
• Oversees and guides day-to-day activities of sample process flow and accurate reporting of results.
• Implements/pulls in best practices within the clinical sciences team; fosters continuous improvement by ensuring knowledge and experience exchange.
• Responsible for the management of assays transferring to Penzberg.

Qualification & Experience:
• The ideal candidate is for a motivated self-learner and go-getter who takes the initiative to learn and drive projects to completion.
• Experience with clinical projects or business initiatives that require rapid activity/milestone achievement.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
