Job Title: Multinational Account Underwriter 
Location: Whitehouse Station NJ 08889
Duration: 12 months Assignment (Potential to Temp to Perm)
Shift/Hours: 40hours/week, M to F
Note: They can work up to 40 hours per week, but less is ok too, we can be flexible but want people to be working during our core work hours
Work Model: Hybrid, 4 days on site, 1 date WFH
 
Job Description:

• Downloading newline Risk Analysis template with core risk information for Underwriter review.
• Participate in Renewal Analysis review 90 days prior to renewal.
• Reviewing the policy Implementation document within 3 days of receipt to make sure it matches the quote.
• Sending multiline policies /endorsements to be booked and issued.
• Reaching out to brokers and overseas producing office for both newline and renewal information as needed.
• Sending policy copies and premium invoices to brokers as requested.
• Helping Underwriting Assistances / Underwriters review and resolve Work Comp criticisms.
• Additional tasks as needed.

• Strong (verbal and written) communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently, show initiative, while demonstrating strong collaboration skills in a team environment
• Solid organizational and analytical skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite as well as other business-related software

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 2-3 years underwriting US property, general liability, automobile, worker’s compensation and umbrella.
