Business group: GTEP - Global Technology Enterprise Platforms
Project: US IT Expansion Program
This role is to assist with coordination and support day to day IT infrastructure activities for the US region. This includes managing infrastructure requests, assisting with project delivery, supporting audit and regulatory needs, helping resolve high severity incidents, monitoring service performance, and ensuring clear communication with business and technical teams.

Typical Day in Role:
• Act as the primary U.S. intake point for IT infrastructure requests, coordinating with global IT teams to streamline communication, eliminate duplication, and align priorities.
• Support U.S. infrastructure initiatives in partnership with global teams, including delivery across servers, networks, storage, and data center services.
• Support U.S. service management for globally delivered IT services, ensuring alignment with U.S. regulatory requirements, service levels, and risk expectations.
• Assist in the resolution of high severity incidents involving infrastructure dependencies through technical coordination and escalation with global support teams.
• Coordinate clear, timely IT communications to business and technical stakeholders regarding major incidents, planned changes, and operational impacts.
• Assist with IT audit inquiries by coordinating documentation, evidence collection, and timely responses across relevant stakeholders.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. 10+ years of experience in IT infrastructure and/ service management
2. Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure domains: servers, networks, storage, data centers, etc
3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and capable of collecting cleans, and formats data from multiple sources to generate clear, actionable insights that support data-driven decision making (Excel, Word)
4.Proven ability to create and deliver clear executive ready presentations (using PPT)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. experience leading cross-functional remediation efforts, managing audits, and driving regulatory compliance initiatives.
Soft Skills Required:
• Ability to work under tight timelines and competing priorities
Education: Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma
Best VS. Average Candidate: The ideal candidate would have experience with regulatory remediation within infrastructure
